SUBSCRIPTION & PRE-ORDER POLICY

At The Phinist, we offer flexible ways for you to enjoy our premium Vietnamese coffee beans. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of our specialty coffee. These are based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance for a fixed term.

Management & Cancellation: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time via the management link provided in your order confirmation emails.

Important Note: To ensure freshness, our beans are often imported to demand. While we try our best to predict demand, to avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please ensure cancellations or changes are made at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
