COFFEE 20g Medium Grind
🌡️
TEMPERATURE 92°C - 95°C
⏱️
TIME 5 - 7 Minutes
01
Rinse the Phin
Rinse the Phin with boiling water. This warms up the equipment to ensure a stable temperature during brewing and helps clean any residual dust.

Pro Tip: Pre-warming the Phin helps prevent coffee "thermal shock"
02
Add Coffee
Place 20g of grind coffee into the filter, tapping it gently to flatten the surface.

Pro Tip: Avoid pressing too firmly, a medium press is perfect.
03
Bloom & Stamp
Pour ~20ml of boiling water (92-95°C) over the tamp. Wait for 30-45 seconds to allow the coffee powder to bloom and release accumulated CO2 gases. Place the tamp plate (press disc) on top and apply a gentle, even pressure.

Pro Tip: The blooming phase is essential for a bold aroma.
04
Extract & Enjoy
Pour the remaining 80-100ml of boiling water over the brew. Close the lid and wait 4-5 minutes for the natural extraction.
Pro Tip: Ideal speed is approximately 1 drop per second. Add condensed milk and pour over ice for a cup of Cà Phê Sữa Đá.
