Refund policy

A. Coffee & Perishable Goods

  • No Returns: Due to food safety and the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for any coffee bean or ground products once they have left our facility.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your coffee arrives damaged or you receive the wrong roast, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

B. Accessories (Phin Filters, Spoons, etc.)

We offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable accessories, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Mandatory Approval: You must contact us via email info@thephinist.com.au with your Order Details to request a return.

  • Unauthorised Returns: Any items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Return Instructions: Once your request is accepted, we will provide specific shipping instructions.

  • Shipping Costs & Liability: * The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • The Phinist is not liable for items lost in transit or sent to an incorrect warehouse address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
